So GQ published an article that could have influenced a jury to vote in a way prejudicial to the defendant, in this case Rupert Murdoch & Associates. Isn’t it the responsibility of the court to evaluate media presented to a sequestered jury, rather than rely on assurances of a media group to filter all content for them? Eh, this is too long to read but it isn’t worth being posted.
